These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Iron Pulse website and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Acceptance of Terms: By submitting our free trial form, purchasing a membership, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Membership & Free Trial: Iron Pulse offers a 7-day free trial to new members. The free trial includes full gym access, all group classes, and one orientation session with a coach. No payment information is required to activate the free trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires the purchase of a membership plan. Iron Pulse reserves the right to withdraw or modify the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

Membership Plans & Billing: Iron Pulse offers monthly, quarterly, and annual membership plans. All plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change with at least 14 days notice. Annual and quarterly plans are non-refundable but transferable — unused months may be transferred to another individual upon written request. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice before the next billing date.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your membership, you must notify Iron Pulse in writing via email at info@ironpulse.webscalelabs.co or by calling +1 507 486 4323. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Iron Pulse does not offer refunds for partially used billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Code of Conduct: All members and visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, coaches, and other members at all times. Iron Pulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual who engages in harassment, discrimination, theft, vandalism, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate or unsafe by our staff. Terminated memberships are non-refundable.

Health & Safety: By using our Services, you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in gym activities and that you have consulted a medical professional if you have any pre-existing health conditions. Iron Pulse coaches are not medical professionals and their advice does not constitute medical advice. You participate in all training activities at your own risk. Iron Pulse is not liable for any injury, illness, or health complication arising from your use of our facilities or participation in our programs.

Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Pulse, its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. By using our Services you agree to waive any claims against Iron Pulse arising from the use of our facilities, equipment, or programs.

Intellectual Property: All content on the Iron Pulse website, including text, images, logos, program materials, and design elements, is the property of Iron Pulse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.

Photography & Media: Iron Pulse may photograph or film activities within our facility for marketing and promotional purposes. By using our Services, you consent to Iron Pulse using your likeness in such materials unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent.

Third-Party Services: Our website and Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms. Iron Pulse is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services and encourages you to review their terms independently.

Amendments to These Terms: Iron Pulse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and sending you an email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
