What does the free trial week include?
Full gym access for 7 days, all group classes, and your orientation session with a coach. No payment information required upfront, no commitment to continue. If you come in and don’t think it’s right for you, we’d rather you know that before spending money.
Do I need to be fit before I join?
Not even slightly. We have members who haven’t trained in a decade and members who compete nationally. Our coaches assess your baseline on day one and build your program from where you actually are — not where you think you should be. Everyone starts somewhere. We just make sure yours is the right start.
What happens on my first visit?
You’ll meet your assigned coach for a 30-minute orientation session. They’ll show you the facility, run a basic movement assessment, and map out your first month. You won’t be thrown onto a machine and left alone. We know that first visits are either great or they’re the last visit — so we make sure they’re great.
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with 7 days notice. Quarterly and annual plans are non-refundable but transferable — if you can’t continue, you can transfer the remaining months to someone else. We put this in writing and don’t hide it in fine print.
What are the gym hours?
We’re open 5AM to 12AM, seven days a week including public holidays. Early morning and late evening access is included in every plan. Whether you’re a 5AM riser or a midnight trainer, we’re open.
What equipment is available?
Full free weights area with dumbbells up to 100kg, Olympic barbells and bumper plates, 12 squat and power racks, full cardio floor with treadmills, rowers, assault bikes and ski ergs, kettlebell area, dedicated boxing ring and bag wall, and a turf lane for sled work. We update equipment every 18 months.
